Radio Silence

Hello there. There will be a brief pause in blog updates, as we have been on the road. We spent yesterday driving to Bra, then doing a taste workshop at Slow Food Headquarters. Last night we transferred to Parma, where there was no internet at the hotel (oh no!). Today, we are at European Food Safety Authority offices (where I am in fact making this post). Real blog posts and LOTS of photos to come soon.
