Ode to Enzo

Alas,

We've arrived in Italy with high hopes of amazing Italian food. And we have NOT been let down. From homemade jams for breakfast, fresh savory garden herb pasta (scent still lingering from the garden), to the spicy sausage and fava bean dinner, again sausage freshly made that morning, we do not lack for food sustenance or flavor.

All I have to say is che magnificENZO!! Grasse mille!
